in a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment or a handheld mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and pale in color. (about 6 mins) mixture should form a ribbon when you lift beaters out of bowl.
3 eggs room temp, 1 & 1/2 cups sugar
3. combine
add butter and vanilla and mix until combined.
stir in the flour until just combined.
add cranberries and stir to mix.
3/4 cup butter softened, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 12 oz fresh cranberries
4. bake
spread batter into prepared pan.
bake for about 45 mins or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
