It is recommended to put the bowl you are using into the refrigerator to chill for 15-30 mins or in the freezer for 10 mins.
ingredients
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. beat together
- add all ingredients to stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment or a handheld mixer.
- beat together at medium speed for about 2 minutes until thick.
- once visibly thick, beat on high for another few minutes until stiff peaks form.
- check whipped cream is done by taking out whisk and turning bowl upside down. if stiff peaks stay tall and don't fall out of bowl, whipping cream is ready!

2. decorate
- put in piping bag and pipe on top of cakes, cheesecakes, or your morning coffee!
