pumpkin spice whipped cream, nothing feels more like fall! this whipped cream is not too sweet, insanely light, and irresistible! it gives latte's, cheesecakes, and cakes the perfect look on top and makes for a perfect bite!

ingredients
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1. beat together
- add all ingridients to stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment or a handheld mixer.
- beat together at medium speed for about 2 minutes until thick.
- once visibly thick, beat on high for another few minutes until stiff peaks form.
- check whipped cream is done by taking out shisk and turning bowl upside down. if stiff peaks stay tall and don't fall out of bowl, whipping cream is ready!
1 cup heavy whipping cream cold, 2 tbsps sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tsps pumpkin pie spice
2. decorate
- put in piping bag and pipe ontop of latte's, cheesecakes, or cakes.
