
pumpkin bread
there's nothing better than eating banan bread in the fall season! this cozy comfort food is easy to make and much better than store bought! the drizzle on top pushes this bake over the top in flavor and gives it a dazzling look! do not miss out on this pumpkin bread this fall season!

serving: 1, 9x5 inch loaf
ingridients
• 1 & 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs room temperature
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup dark brown sugar (if you don't have dark, you can use light)
• 1 can (15oz) of pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup milk
optional:
1. set up
- adjust oven rack to the lower third position. (prevents top of bread from browning too much)
- preheat oven to 350F.
- grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. dry ingredients
whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a large bowl until combined.

3. wet ingredients
- in a medium bowl whisk the eggs, and sugars until combined.
- whisk in the pumpkin puree, olive oil, and milk.

4. combine
pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together using a rubber spatula. (there will be a few lumps, do not over mix)
5. bake
- pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth top with spatula.
- bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean or with only a few small crumbs. (loosely cover top of bread with aluminum foil halfway to prevent the top from getting too brown)
- allow bread to cool for at least 15 mins in pan before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
6. decorate
once cooled drizzle with pumpkin spiced chocolate drizzle and maple drizzle for a dazzling finish. (linked below!)
