peanut butter chocolate chip banana bread
peanut butter, chocolate chip banana bread was the first recipe i ever made and mastered on my own. i was 12 years old when i got my first baking book. i was determined to make a new recipe every week, this was my first. after making it once, i made it at least 10 other times. i was so proud, i made it when people came over and gave it to friends to try. throughout the years, i modified the recipe and completley changed it to make it healthier, with less sugar, more peanut butter, whole wheat flour, and applesauce. now i can proudly call this my own recipe. enjoy!
*this banana bread is a little more dense than others, considering it has whole wheat flour, however it tastes amazing!
