
cream cheese frosting
this snow white, cream cheese frosting is the perfect amount of sweet and is great on cakes, cupcakes, and cookies!

serving: 12 cupcakes, 9 crumbl cookies, 1 8" or 9" 1-layer cake (double recipe for a 2-layered cake)

ingredients
• 4 oz cream cheese softened
• 4 tablespoons butter softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups powdered sugar
1. cream together
in a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment or a handheld mixer, cream the butter and cream cheese together until creamy, and lump-free.
4 oz cream cheese softenes, 4 tablespoons butter softened
2. add ingredients
- add vanilla extract while continuing to mix.
- with mixer on low, gradually add powdered sugar.
- beat until fluffy. if frosting seems soft, chill in the fridge or freezer, and beat again before using.
1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 cups powdered sugar
3. decorate
use to frost completley cooled cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for a spectacular finish!
