cinnamon cream cheese frosting
this beutiful, easy to make, frosting is the perfect decoration on top of festive treats! not only impressive to look at, don't miss out on this recipe!

serving: 12 cupcakes, 1 8" or 9" 1-layer cake (double recipe for a 2-layered cake)
ingredients
• 6 tablespoons unslated butter softened
• 1 cup (1 8oz package) cream cheese softened
• 3 cups powdered sugar sifted
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1-2 teaspoons milk
1. cream together
in a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment or a handheld mixer, cream the butter and cream cheese together until creamy, and lump-free.
6 tablespoons unsalted butter softened, 1 cup (1 8oz package) cream cheese softened,
2. add ingredients
- with mixer on low, gradually add powdered sugar and cinnamon.
- add vanilla extract while continuing to mix.
- add 1 tsp milk, if not yet spreadable add the other tsp.
- beat until fluffy. if frosting seems soft, chill in the fridge or freezer, and beat again before using.
3 cups powdered sugar sifted, 2 tsps cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1-2 tsps milk
3. decorate
use to frost completley cooled cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for a spectacular finish!
